AI photo booth for events

The photo booth that turns your guests into anyone.

One photo, shot on a real camera. Under 30 seconds later your guests walk out as pirates, rock stars, outlaws, or a world built around your event, print in hand.

How it works

Step in. Become anyone.

No app to download. No account to make. Guests take the photo, pick a world, and step aside while it renders, so the line keeps moving.

01

Step in

Our photographer takes the shot on a real camera with real lighting. Solo, couples, or a group of six. That's why the results look like portraits, not filters.

02

Pick a world

They choose from up to eight themes you pick for your event ahead of time. Pirates, rock legends, the old west, or a scene made just for you.

03

Become anyone

The transformation takes under 30 seconds. Guests print it on the spot or send it to their phone by text, email, or QR code. Then they get back in line for a different world. That's the fun.

The themes

Built for your event, not pulled off a shelf.

You pick up to eight themes for the booth from a library of more than 120, or we build one that doesn't exist yet. A wedding might get a 1920s ballroom and a movie poster. A company party might get its own product written into the scene. Everything is set before the day, so the booth opens ready.

Nobody looks at their own transformation for more than three seconds before they go find someone to show it to.

What we see at every event

One photo of six. Three worlds.

Everyone in. Everyone recognizable. This is where most AI booths give up.

Real camera, real light

It starts with a good photo

Most AI booths shoot on an iPad and hope for the best. We shoot on a real camera with real lighting, because the transformation is only as good as the photo it starts from.

Built and tested

No theme goes out untested

Every world is tested on singles, couples, and groups, across skin tones and lighting, before it gets near your event. If it doesn't look great on everyone, it gets cut.

Still you

You'll still look like yourself

Clothes, era, and setting change. Faces, pose, and the whole group stay. Most AI booths lose people past two or three. Ours holds six in one frame, and every one of them is still recognizable as themselves.

Guest kiosks and add-ons

Two kinds of kiosk. One camera line.

Guest kiosks let people find any photo they've taken tonight and text it, email it, or print it, without getting back in the camera line. The Remix Station is the optional kiosk that does the fun part: pick a photo, pick any theme, step aside, then text, email, or print the result. The booth runs on the eight themes you chose. The Remix Station opens up all 120+.

We bring up to ten kiosks depending on your guest count, in whatever mix fits the night. Any kiosk can switch into a Remix Station on the spot. We turned it on halfway through our first event because people were having too much fun to stop, and the moment the new themes started getting passed around the room, the Remix Station got swarmed.

Themes with the Remix Station

Why we built our own

We tried the software everyone else uses. Then we wrote our own.

Most AI booths run on the same handful of off-the-shelf apps. Guests still have fun with them. But put the results side by side and the gap is hard to unsee: faces drift, groups fall apart, and the "transformation" is a filter with a costume on it.

We wanted something we'd be proud to hand a guest, so we built our own transformation engine from scratch and made it as advanced as we know how. Every theme is written and tested by us, and the engine keeps getting better between events.

The difference shows up in the one place that matters: what people do with the photo after they see it.

Who books it

Made for the events where people want to remember each other.

A regular photo booth gives guests a picture of the night. This one gives them a reason to grab someone and say "look."

Weddings

The one part of the reception every table gets up for. Themes can match your era, your venue, or the inside jokes.

Corporate and holiday parties

Gets the quiet team talking. Put your logo on every photo and it keeps working on Monday morning.

Galas and fundraisers

Something for donors to share that isn't a check. Sponsor logos can ride along on every image.

Birthdays and milestones

Sweet sixteens, fortieths, retirements. Everyone leaves with a version of themselves they didn't expect.

Brand activations and trade shows

Put your product or campaign inside the scene. People line up to be in your ad, then post it for you.

Schools, camps, and community events

Proms, reunions, festivals, and fairs. Themes stay age-appropriate and the booth stays busy all night.

Seasonal themes

October and December fill first.

Halloween parties, haunted attractions, office holiday parties, and family Christmas events all book on the same few weekends. We run a dedicated set of themes for each season, and the dates go early. If you want one, ask now.

What comes with it

Everything the booth needs, handled.

Our team runs it

An attendant stays with the booth the whole time, so it keeps moving and nobody has to figure anything out.

Themes built for you

Up to eight for the booth, chosen with you and matched to the occasion, the venue, or the brand. Add the Remix Station and guests get the whole library.

Your name on every photo

Your logo, event name, hashtag, or sponsor marks on each image guests share.

Ready in under 30 seconds

Print on the spot, or text, email, or QR code straight to their phone. Nobody waits around for a link the next day.

Unlimited prints, included

No print caps, no per-print charges. Every guest prints every transformation they want, at the booth or at any kiosk, all night.

Setup and breakdown included

We arrive early, set up, and take it all down at the end. All you need is a standard outlet and a spot for us.

Good to know

Questions we get before booking

How long does each transformation take?

Under 30 seconds from tap to finished image. Guests pick their world, watch it appear, and the print is right behind it. The booth keeps shooting the whole time.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They take the photo, pick a theme, and choose how they want it: printed right there, or texted, emailed, or scanned by QR code to their phone. That's the whole process.

Can the themes be customized?

Yes. You choose up to eight themes for the booth from a library of more than 120, and we build new ones when the occasion calls for it. Add the Remix Station and every theme in the library is open to your guests.

How big an event can it handle?

Any size. The booth runs on one camera, and we add guest kiosks to match the crowd, up to ten for the largest events. Some are set up for texting, emailing, and printing photos already taken; Remix Stations turn those photos into new themes. Tell us your guest count and we'll size the mix.

Does it work for groups?

Yes, and this is where most AI booths fall down. Most of them tap out at two or three people. Ours handles six in one shot, everyone stays in, and everyone stays recognizable. Bridal parties, work teams, and the whole family are fair game.

Are prints included?

Yes, unlimited. 4×6 is standard. Photo strips, 5×7, and 8×10 are available if the event calls for them. Ask when you book.

Where do you travel?

We're based in Monticello, NY. Our regular range is the Hudson Valley and the Catskills (Sullivan, Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties), New York City and Long Island, northern New Jersey, Fairfield County in Connecticut, and the Poconos. Farther is possible for the right event. Ask.

How much space does it need?

About the footprint of a standard photo booth, indoors or under cover, with a regular outlet nearby.
