Foto Transform AI is a photo booth rental service covering weddings, corporate events, galas, and social celebrations across the Hudson Valley. We built the AI software ourselves. For fifteen years we've been designing custom photo experiences at Sullivan County events, and this is the newest version of that work: none of the commercial platforms handled groups, speed, or custom themes the way our clients needed.
Why we exist
It's basically a given: attend any wedding, celebration, or corporate event and there's a photo booth. But when was the last time you took a photo at one and couldn't wait three seconds to share it with everyone in the room?
That's what happens at ours. Guests grab their print and, before they've even looked at it themselves, they're already handing it to someone across the room. That's what turns a photo booth into an experience.

What only Foto Transform AI does
Every commercial AI photo booth uses the same handful of off-the-shelf platforms. We wrote our own so we could solve the parts that were broken.

Most AI photo booth software can only render one guest reliably before faces start swapping or getting duplicated. We rebuilt ours to handle up to six people in one frame, everyone still recognizable as themselves. Bridal parties. Families. Work teams. The whole crew from college.

Foto Transform AI is new. The studio behind it isn't. Over the past fifteen years we've built custom photo experiences at Sullivan County institutions.
A 1920s speakeasy set for the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce, with sepia-toned prints for guests already dressed in period attire. Multi-year programs at Bethel Woods for Chamber Young Professionals using a reflective-projection background system, where guests posed against Sullivan County landmarks or themed backgrounds composited in-camera at capture. Bond-styled 8x10 poster prints for the Boys & Girls Club of Sullivan County at Monticello Motor Club, staged with a real luxury car and a hired model, every black-tie guest posed as their own James Bond. Fifteen years of weddings across Orange and Sullivan counties. And our CineSlowMo super slow motion video booth, which we still offer today.
Every one was a custom experience built for that specific event. Foto Transform AI does the same design work in software that used to require building actual sets, hiring models, and printing custom formats. Every package includes a real DSLR camera, professional lighting, an on-site attendant for the full event, unlimited 4x6 prints, and a digital gallery.
Essential

Social events. Weddings, birthdays, sweet sixteens, mitzvahs. The full Foto Transform AI photo booth with library themes.
Signature
$1,600
Social events that want the full experience. Adds the Remix Station so guests can try more themes without going back to the booth, plus two custom AI themes we design for your event.
Activation
$2,200
Corporate events. Conferences, trade shows, product launches, brand activations. Corporate branding on prints and digital gallery, lead capture, event analytics.
Enterprise
$4,800
Larger corporate events that need volume. Up to three kiosks running at once (any can flip between capture and Remix mode), plus four custom AI themes designed for your brand or event.
Hourly rate for short events: $350/hr with a two-hour minimum. Any package can scale up to ten kiosks total. Any kiosk can flip between capture mode and Remix Station mode.
Weekday discount 15% Monday through Thursday. Free travel within 30 miles of Monticello, NY. Beyond that, $2 per mile or a flat rate for NYC, Long Island, Fairfield County CT, and northern New Jersey.

We're based in Monticello, in Sullivan County. Foto Transform AI covers events across the full Hudson Valley: Middletown, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Beacon, Monroe, Warwick, Goshen, and Nyack. Beyond the Valley, we cover the Catskills, Westchester County, New York City, Long Island, northern New Jersey, Fairfield County Connecticut, and the Poconos.
Free travel within 30 miles of Monticello. Beyond that, we charge $2 per mile or negotiate a flat rate for NYC, Long Island, Fairfield County CT, and northern New Jersey. For events farther afield, ask.
