How we fly
When you hire a drone operator, you get a drone operator. When you hire us, you get the film the aerial is going into. That distinction shows up in every decision that happens before the drone is in the air.
An aerial is the highest-effort shot in most projects. Weather, wind, batteries, permissions, line of sight. It costs to fly, so it has to earn the runtime it takes up. Every flight starts with the same questions we would ask about a ground shot. What is this shot doing for the story? What does it cut from, what does it cut to, and how long does it live before the story moves on?
That thinking comes from directing the whole edit, not just the flight. It is also why our pilots fly for us. They know the plan and they trust it.

Different jobs, one capability. The framing is what changes.
Primary
Most of our aerial work lives inside longer commercial films. Not stand-alone drone reels, but sequences where the aerial is doing narrative work: motion, mood, scale. It is one line in a shot list, not the whole shoot.

A different capability
FPV drones are hand-flown, first-person, fast. They thread spaces a standard drone will not fit through: barn doorways, hallways, tree lines, right down into a pool. The pilot is not standing next to it. The pilot is inside the shot, flying it live through goggles.
That is a small group of operators anywhere, and a smaller group locally. Most drone footage on real estate and commercial sites was flown from a fixed hover with slow orbits on a Mavic or an equivalent. That has its uses. It also puts a hard ceiling on what the scene can do.
We fly FPV for two very different jobs. Fast, immersive industrial reveals on cinematic work, and interior-to-exterior flow-throughs on higher-end residential. Same capability, different runtime. The horse farm shown here is the residential end, produced as part of our full real estate marketing offering. A Middletown brokerage sent our crew six hours west to fly it, because subcontracting locally was not going to produce the same tour.
Solar and industrial
Aerial work over a solar array, a construction site, or a commercial roof tends to sit in one of two categories. Documentation: visual inspection, panel-level scans, precision mapping, progress footage you review from the ground. Cinematic or promotional: a film that helps you talk to your next customer, investor, or funder.
We fly both. The Meadow Energy film earlier on this page is the cinematic side. Most projects need some of each, and both can be flown in the same visit.
The one thing we do not currently own is a thermal drone. Everything else on the technical drone pilot's list is on ours. If your project needs thermal imagery specifically, hire a shop that specializes in that.

Working abroad
That is not a claim any other drone operator in our region can make. Every country has its own aviation authority and its own paperwork process, and clearance is a real part of pre-production.
The three shoots so far have been with the Children's Orchestra Society in the Philippines and Taiwan, and with PRASAD in India.
